If a buyer pays and you don't deliver, we charge £45 + VAT to cover our costs of the failed deal, on top of the £9.50 admin fee. All prices exclude VAT. We always show you exactly what you'll receive, margin and admin fee already deducted, before you accept, so there are no surprises after.
